As you all know, I was pregnant for the last 9 months and baby is finally here! I am giving myself a few more weeks to relax and enjoy these special moments cuddling my new little man and then I’m kicking my workout routine into high gear! Try as I might, I am not one of those women that can stay thin while pregnant, so I have at least 20 pounds to lose now.
So here’s my three must-haves…
1. New Sneakers
A really obvious “must-have” is sneakers. Whether I’m taking the kids for a walk in our Mutsy double stroller (which I will tell you more about later) or wearing my baby around the house in our Stokke MyCarrier Cool Baby Carrier, I’m wearing my Nike Roshe Run Sneakers.
They are lightweight, cool, comfortable and stylish! What more could you want in a pair of sneakers?

2. New Workout Routine

3. New Diet
I had great success with The Dukan Diet back in 2012 so I’m anxious to get started again and get rid of this baby weight!!! I’ve lost 35 pounds in the last two months since giving birth and I have 20 more to go to get back down to my pre pregnancy weight again.
I’ve cracked open Dr. Dukan’s newest book, The Dukan Diet Made Easy and I’m loving the new recipes! I think I’ve got to start on the Dukan Diet on August 1st.
