Move #1: Kneeling Knee Touch to Single Leg Plank Kick
How To: Kneel on your knees, your supporting side forearm is down on the ground for support. Working knee is touching the ground with foot pointed out away from body on diagonal. Extend your working leg straight out to the corner as your supporting leg presses straight putting body in a plank position.

Move #2: Attitude Split Stretch
How To: Kneel on hands and knees, place the supporting side hand further forward on the ground out away from shoulder. Working leg is held in attitude behind body with knee bent at 90 degrees, keeping knee and foot higher than hips. Extend the working leg straight reaching high to the ceiling as you press your supporting knee straight ending in a split position with hips in the air.

Move #3: Press Split Stretch
How To: Lay on stomach with working leg extended out to the side of the body resting on the floor. Supporting leg is extended straight back with toe on the ground for support. Both hands are on the floor with elbows bent in push up position. Press body up keeping legs in the split and resting back in the hips for deeper stretch.
