It’s been almost a week since I started month 4 of my Sensa Weight Loss Program. Right now I weigh 121lbs. When I started Sensa, I weighed 138lbs. So I’ve lost 17 pounds so far!
I made a little scale to show my weight loss, for those who haven’t been keeping track…

I want to get down to 115lbs before March 1st. That’s my current goal. Just 6 pounds in 4 weeks. I should be able to do it if I focus and keep up the exercise and keep sprinkling on that Sensa!
Sensa is holding a Most Dramatic Change contest from February 2nd through the 6th. Sensa users have to post before and after pictures to show their dramatic weight loss. I didn’t take an actual “before” picture, so I grabbed one from when I was in Florida, just 2 weeks before I started using Sensa. It was the vacation that made me go from 135lbs to 138lbs. I looked very… not good in a bikini. Now, I look better. I can’t wait till I lose the rest of the weight though!

No more love handles, no more muffins tops, and only a tiny bit of belly pooch left to go. As for my thighs… well I loath them. But I know they are slowly getting smaller… I’ve lost 2 inches around each thigh since Christmas. Got to keep going though.
I feel so much better about myself now, but I still have my eye on the goal. When I am down to my goal weight, I’ll post some more pics so we can really see the dramatic difference.

You look terrific! Way to go. You have really worked hard and stayed the course and it has paid off. Strut your stuff, sister!!
I went through the same thing after having my son, you see I’m also petite like you. You are doing fantastic, I’m absolutely positive you’ll reach your goal :) One bit of advice, run and do some mild lifting after you’ve reach your goal, just if you’d like tone up a bit.
