Dukan Diet Personalized Weight Loss – Day 4
Before I started this diet, I weighed between 128lbs and 132lbs for at least the last 5 months. I would drop a pound, feel great, then gain it back. It was very discouraging…
Day 1 – I weighed 127.8 lbs (12+ pounds over my goal weight)
Day 2 – I weighed 125.0 lbs
Day 3 – I weighed 124.2 lbs
Day 4 – I weighed 124.2 lbs
Wait, WHAT? Hold the phone…. I didn’t lose a single ounce today? What the french toast?!
I immediately tapped into my Dukan Diet Coaching Channel on Twitter for some suggestions or an explanation!
I’m anxious to see if there is any change tomorrow.
Every evening I fill out a “Daily Report” online on the Dukan Diet website. It asks for current weight, measurements of waist, hips and around each thigh (how mortifying!!!), as well as questions on whether or not I deviated from the diet at all. Luckily, I think I’ve been doing pretty excellent.
So, I’m off to bed and hopefully I will see some results tomorrow. Also, I will be grabbing some vegetables at the grocery store and starting the Cruise Phase of the diet. I kinda miss vegetables after 4 days of nothing but protein and low fat dairy products…
If you want to try this diet out for yourself, just grab a copy of The Dukan Diet: 2 Steps to Lose the Weight, 2 Steps to Keep It Off Forever and The Dukan Diet Cookbook: The Essential Companion to the Dukan Diet
. Honestly, this is one of the easiest diets I’ve ever been on. Easy, quickly effective and empowering is how I would describe this diet.
Do stay tuned to see how I’m doing. Bookmark Dukan Diet to stay with me and follow my results!
Disclaimer: I received the Dukan Diet book, the Dukan Cookbook, Dukan Organic Oat Bran, Dukan Stevia and Dukan Cocoa Powder to review on The Fashionable Housewife. I have NOT received compensation for posting about the diet! Posting about my weight loss is entirely my choice. I am not being paid to review the Dukan Diet or to lose weight. (Unfortunately!) This is raw footage into my personal weight loss experience, I just received the books and a couple Dukan products to “review” which is helping me on my own personal journey. Please email me or leave a comment if you have any questions/concerns!
But it’s another diet. Yet another. I do believe they help for a short time but YOU MUST MUST Change your lifestyle. I read this post years ago here on this web site and have not been on a diet since. https://www.thefashionablehousewife.com/05/2009/mom-of-3-loses-100-pounds-then-enters-beauty-pagent/
I have lost 72 pounds. Without dieting. If you have a chance read the book by Louise Hay ” You Can Heal Your Life” It totally helped me think of myself in a different light and learn to be positive in thought which totally helped me realize I deserve better then junk food. Good luck everyone. do what works but remember a diet ends and you can’t stop eating healthy just because it’s over.
Jenny, the whole entire point of the Dukan Diet is to teach you how to change your lifestyle and how to stay thin for LIFE. It’s not a “diet” as much as it is a new way to live…. It’s a diet at first, to shed the unwanted weight. Then once you are down to your “true weight” or whatever you want to be, then you learn how to STAY that way forever!
And CONGRATS on losing 72 pounds! That’s amazing darling!!! You must feel so much better. How did you do it?
