  1. But it’s another diet. Yet another. I do believe they help for a short time but YOU MUST MUST Change your lifestyle.     I have lost 72 pounds. Without dieting. If you have a chance read the book by Louise Hay ” You Can Heal Your Life” It totally helped me think of myself in a different light and learn to be positive in thought which totally helped me realize I deserve better then junk food. Good luck everyone. do what works but remember a diet ends and you can’t stop eating healthy just because it’s over.

    1. Jenny, the whole entire point of the Dukan Diet is to teach you how to change your lifestyle and how to stay thin for LIFE. It’s not a “diet” as much as it is a new way to live…. It’s a diet at first, to shed the unwanted weight. Then once you are down to your “true weight” or whatever you want to be, then you learn how to STAY that way forever!

      And CONGRATS on losing 72 pounds! That’s amazing darling!!! You must feel so much better. How did you do it?
