  1. I think it is great that you are seeing results. I will o=continue to read your progress and see how it goes. I have about 10 lbs I want to lose and I don’t have the motivation to really restrict my diet. As far as the water consumption carry around a nalgeen bottle and that way it will be easier to track down your water consumption. I carry around my nalgeen bottle and tend to drink 2 quarts of water a day on days I carry it around which is almost every day.

    1. Ruth, darling, I didn’t want to restrict my diet either. I am ALL ABOUT CARBS baby!!! But if you only have 10 pounds to lose, you should absolutely try this diet. I am losing over a pound a day and it feels AMAZING to get up in the morning, look at the scale and see a smaller number! 10 days to lose 10 pounds… wouldn’t that be so worth it???!!!!

      Good for you for being able to drink so much water!!!! That is the hardest part for me… I’m still having to actually focus and purpose to drink the required amount of water.

    1. Terry, you should definitely consider giving this diet a try. I am losing a pound a day and it is SOOOO encouraging and motivating for me! As long as you don’t have a bunch of people pigging out around you all day, then this diet is seriously a cinch!! ;-)
