According to the California Avocado Commission, Americans eat upward of 80 million pounds of avocados on Cinco de Mayo! YIKES!
You know, avocados are good for more than just guacamole. I know, shocking news, isn’t it? Admittedly, guacamole is probably the tastiest way to enjoy those nutrient-packed berries, but there are also many delicious avocado recipes you can try out today.
If you didn’t already buy your avocados 2-3 days ago, you aren’t eating homemade guacamole today. Don’t worry, Whole Foods delivers and they have excellent guacamole!
