What better excuse is there to eat Tacos this week than Cinco de Mayo?! Only days away, I’m sure you’ve already headed to the store to stock up on Corona, limes, Hass avocados, your favorite tortilla chips (or mine!), tequila for your margaritas, and everything you need for Tacos or other Cinco de Mayo food you want to indulge in.
My favorite way to serve my large family tacos is with my Prepara Taco Accessories!

I use my Prepara 3 Sectional Tray all the time, not just on our family taco nights. It’s lightweight, easy to wash, and high-quality melamine construction makes me less worried about the kids breaking it. Mine is blue, but you can also get it in yellow. I only wish they made it in red to match the tortilla warmer, or offered the tortilla warmer in another color besides red so all my accessories would match! Luckily it all looks great together with the bright festive print of the sectional tray and additional taco holders that comes in multiple colors as well.

The convenient and matching taco spoons are as stylish as they are functional. They are sturdy enough for scooping beef, but we mostly use them for scooping the condiments like cheese, salsa, and shredded lettuce from the 3 Sectional Tray.

Prepara has all the taco accessories you need to make your Taco Tuesday meal perfection! Check out the Single and Multi Taco Holder for assembling your tacos easily and fashionably.
My favorite accessory of all is the Taco Savor for keeping the tortillas warm. We used it multiple times during lent as Fish Tacos were a favorite in our house!
Prepara’s brand mission is to create high-quality kitchenware products that are not only ingenious and novel, but also functional! Each item is designed for enjoyment, as each of their products are stylish and help you prepare healthier meals as well. Learn more at www.prepara.com

Of course you can’t have Taco Tuesday or a proper Cinco de Mayo celebration without a big bowl of guacamole served with a side of your favorite tortillas!

My vintage Boston Warehouse Terracotta Salsa Chip & Dip Tray was given to me by my mom as a birthday gift some years ago. If you really love it, there appears to be one other left on this planet besides mine. You can buy it on Etsy.
Cinco de Mayo Food
One of my family’s favorite spring and summer dishes to eat when we feel like Mexican Food is this delicious Vegan Avocado Ceviche made with fresh seasonal veggies and delicious avocados. This is a spectacular side dish to serve alongside other dishes for Taco Tuesday or for your Cinco de Mayo celebrations.

Cheeseburger Dip is one of my family’s favorite dishes and it’s easy to give this one a Mexican Twist for your Cinco de Mayo food menu. Mine is heavy on the beef and light on the cheese but I roughly followed this recipe.

Another favorite in our family is this one skillet Mexican Beef Casserole. I didn’t have any fresh cilantro or avocados on hand when I made it this last time, but it still tasted great and is a great Cinco de Mayo food to consider for your menu!

Don’t forget to make a frozen strawberry margarita with Alacran Tequila! If you are a tequila connoisseur, you are definitely going to want to give Alacran a try. It’s my favorite tequila, hands-down. Excellent for shots or in a mixed drink.
