This complex system of cells and nerves is responsible for carrying messages that help our bodies react to internal and external stimuli. This means that the quality of nerve health bears a significant impact on the efficiency of our mental, emotional, physical, and biological processes. These include responding to pain, digestion, and memory retrieval, as well as the regulation of body temperature, breathing, and emotions, among others. Therefore, it is safe to say that your nerves play a vital role in ensuring that your body is operating at maximum efficiency. So, what can you do to achieve optimal nerve health?
