Today, I start my 6th and final month of the Sensa Weight Loss Program. When I started using Sensa, I weighed 138 pounds. After 6 months of using Sensa, I weigh 118 pounds. So I’ve lost 20 pounds in 6 months, plus I’ve lost 4 inches around my waist, 4 inches around my hips, and 3 inches around each thigh.
For those of you that haven’t been keeping track of my Weight Loss, you can get all the details by clicking here.
Last time I went on vacation for 10 days, I gained 8 pounds. I’ve been on vacation for 10 days now, and I lost 1 pound! For me, that’s a huge achievement considering last time I gained so much weight…
As much as I don’t like posting pics of myself, I decided I’d post some before and after pics so you can get the full affect of what Sensa has done for me…

Although I still haven’t gotten down to my goal weight of 115lbs, I look and feel a lot better than I did before I started using Sensa. I hope by the end of this month, I can lose just 3 more pounds, but I’m not going to stress out about it if I don’t. I think as long as I stay under 120lbs, I’ll be very happy.
Weighing 120lbs may not be right for everyone. Everyone is different and every body will react differently to diet and exercise. The important thing is to stay consistent and try to meet your goals. Don’t totally stress out or give up if you don’t lose the weight as fast as you want to. And don’t try to lose more weight than your body wants you to lose. If you stop losing weight for a long time, that might be your body telling you that is where it wants to stay. The most important thing is to be HEALTHY!
You will feel a lot better about yourself if you lose weight to be healthy than losing weight just to look good. Remember than being overweight can cause many health problems such as high blood pressure, heart attacks, and many more. Our bodies were not made to carry around an excessive amount of weight and obesity is an epidemic here in the USA. Just because we have enough money to go out to eat and buy whatever we want at the grocery store, doesn’t mean we need to eat it all. Chances are, we won’t have a famine in this country. So relax! It doesn’t matter if it tastes good… if it’s not good for you, the results of that are going to last a lot longer than the flavor on your tongue will…
My mother always says, “A moment on the lips, forever on the hips!” and I always try to remember that, especially when I am eating out at a restaurant! I know there are a lot of yummy things on the menu, but they will be there tomorrow. You don’t have to eat it! Do your body a favor and order a salad and a cup of soup instead.
* steps down off the soapbox *
I want to make something clear… I don’t tell you how much I weigh to brag. I just want to be honest about my success with the Sensa Weight Loss Program and give you something to compare it to. I don’t want to be one of those women that is too prude to tell people what she weighs. Weight is just a number, and it’s not a magic number. What the scale says does not determine whether you are fat or not. How you feel and how you look, does.
My best friend couldn’t weight 120lbs if she tried. It’s not because she’s fat. It’s because she’s like 5’11” and has big bones. So I can’t stress to you enough that it doesn’t matter what you weigh. Don’t get down on yourself because your girlfriend or some stupid celebrity supposedly weighs less than you do.
If numbers are really important to you, use a BMI Calculator. My BMI is currently 20. If you are trying to lose weight, don’t worry so much about what the scale says. As long as your BMI for your height and current weight is below 25, you’re probably all set. If your BMI is over 25, you should consider starting an exercise regime or weight loss program like Sensa.
To learn more about BMI, come back here in a couple hours for a quick rundown on the subject.

Note: People frequently ask me if I make a commission on Sensa sales. The answer is NO! I am not trying to advertise Sensa. I’m using Sensa and getting great results and I just want to share this with all of you, in hopes that you too will find the weight loss you seek with this amazing product. I gain nothing by telling you about Sensa. I gain nothing by you purchasing Sensa. However, I would highly encourage you to try Sensa because it has worked so well for me!
