That’s right, I finally made a breakthrough in my weight loss. I have finally pushed myself right out of the 120’s with the help of Sensa!
You’ll remember that at the beginning of Month 4 Of My Weight Loss Journey, I was complaining that I just couldn’t seem to lose any more weight. I was fluctuating between 121lbs and 122lbs for what seemed like forever. Well, I finally got out of that ditch and made it down to 119lbs and have been there for 5 days now! WOOT!
When they says that the last 5 pounds are the hardest to lose, they aren’t kidding…
I’m still faithful to the Sensa weight loss program which is honestly working wonders for me. I know there are a lot of fad diets out there and a ton of different weight loss programs and products. It’s hard to know which one to choose… You never really know what will work for you. But with a little research, you can find the right thing for you. After reading reviews of Sensa, you may find that it just might work for you. I know it’s worked for me!
Weight loss can be a long hard road, but it doesn’t have to be with Sensa. You just sprinkle it on your food like salt or pepper, and eat. That’s it!
The only hard part of using Sensa is remembering to use it on everything you eat and being patient. Nothing is going to miraculously make you skinny in a week. It takes time for your body to burn fat. I found that I got MUCH faster results using Sensa combined with a little diet and exercise, then just diet and exercise alone. And when I say “diet” I don’t mean eating vegetarian.
My diet consists of avoiding processed, boxed, or canned foods. I try to eat as much fresh veggies and fruit as possible. Instead of cereal or a bagel, I eat yogurt or eggs. Instead of a sandwich at lunch, I have a salad or a cup of soup. For dinner, I try to eat lean protein like chicken or fish along with some vegetables and rice, instead of pizza or Buffalo Chicken Wings… It’s not easy avoiding foods I like, but as soon as visualize bubbling fat cells on my thighs, it makes yummy bad food a lot less appealing…
Have you ever watched a TV show where they perform liposuction? You know what fat actually looks like??? It’s gross! Do you want that on your thighs, butt, hips, and stomach? Definitely not!
You can do something about it! Sensa might be right for you. I’ve lost 19lbs using Sensa for 4 months. Sensa claims you can lose up to 30 pounds in 6 months. At that rate I’m going, I believe it’s definitely possible!

For the record, I want to get down to 115lbs before March 1st. That’s still my goal! Just 4 more pounds and only one week to do it. I don’t know if I’ll make it, but I’ll try.
My biggest success this month is finally getting into the teens (119lbs) and slipping comfortably into a pair of size 2 jeans for the first time in over 2 years. I was having a hard time fitting into size 2 jeans right before I got pregnant, so this is huge. It’s really encouraging me to meet my next goal. Jeans vary in sizes so much, that it’s hard to just go by jean size. I am going to trust the scale and my actual measurements for these last 4 or 5 pounds. (Check out my Before & After Pictures)
