Here’s the gory details on my before and after experience… PROCEED WITH CAUTION!
August 1st I started the 30 day bootcamp for butt and boobs system. I woke up early every morning and did the cream and exercise routine. Then, every night before I went to bed, I did the routine again. Technically, you only have to do them once a day, but I was so excited about the kit, I wanted to get the most out of it!
Within 3 days, I kid you not, my butt looked better. I was rubbing the cream on one night and my husband practically started drooling… He said there was a huge difference in my butt and breasts. He said my butt looked a lot less flat and square and my boobs looked “perkier”.
About a week in, I looked (and felt) like a bran new woman. And after 40 days, I can’t believe that a few exercises and creams could make such a difference. I’m not even exaggerating ladies. This is seriously amazing stuff.
Here’s a breakdown of the improvements I noticed…
Bootcamp For Butts: My butt was flat and square looking and now it’s round, higher, and more muscular. The exercises also toned and strengthened my midsection which resulted in a smaller waistline and slimmer thighs. The cream improved the appearance of my stretchmarks and the little cellulite I had went bye bye in the first week. Overall huge difference!
Bootcamp For Boobs: My boobs (after nursing for 1 year) were starting to sag and my headlights were aiming forward anymore… they were kinda aiming off to the sides and it wasn’t too attractive. You can see the difference, right? Or is it just me? I think my hips look way less bumpy and my waist looks a bit slimmer too. Hard to see in the pics, but my thighs look slimmer too. And I can definitely tell you that the texture of my skin is different too.
The whole shape of my rear end is different and I didn’t realize how much until I looked at my pics. It was flat and square before and now it’s round and “up there”. I think my tummy looks flatter too. It feels tighter and the skin is definitely less saggy.
This whole program inspired me so much that I’m going to keep on doing the exercises everyday and try to lose the rest of my baby weight. I lost about 10 pounds this summer, but I’d love to lose the other 17 pounds before Christmas. Big goal, I know, but I feel empowered to do it now.
When you do a little and get a big reward, it really gives you the power to go on. (We all know the last 5 or 10 pounds are the hardest ones to shed!)
