I loved this video because I have a very slender frame, however, my thighs and buttocks are the biggest thing on my body and i’ve been trying to find ways to slim them down, but just running hasn’t done much to help. Pilates is very helpful.
I also have a slim figure, but then my butt and legs are really muscular and bigger then my upper body, and I have wide hips:( I want to do something that will just get rid of this weight for good! so Im gonna give this a shot!
