Okay! Praise the Lord! I got back down to 123.2 lbs today! Day 7 – 9 was a bit of a struggle, but the extra situps, 10 minutes on the stair stepper and a little bit of jogging during my required 20 minute daily walk seemed to have helped push me through the plateau. Here’s hoping it will be a little easier for me the rest of this week. I really want to lose at least one more pound before the weekend. I’ll do anything to reach my next goal!!!
I am over the moon that I am finally able to go through my clothes and start taking out the size 8, 10 and 12 pants OUT OF MY CLOSET! I will keep some of my favorites just in case I have more children and look like a beached whale afterwards, again, but I am hoping I won’t need them….. Ever….
I also seem to have lost like 1/2 a shoe size? Who would have thought I was retaining so much water in my FEET?!
Now I’m going to start working on the cellulite on my thighs… I have totally blown through 2 big jars of FatGirlSlim which has definitely helped a lot. I bought the Bliss ‘Take It All Off’ Bundle about a year ago and have been milking it instead of using it as directed because it’s so darn expensive! I can definitely tell it’s made a difference in my skin though.
As soon as I gave birth to my son in 2010, I immediately started using Mederma Stretch Marks Therapy Advanced Cream Formula two times a day. I’ve gone through at least 4 tubes, maybe 5. I can’t imagine how awful my stomach would look without this stuff. It definitely smoothed the stretch marks out, made them a LOT lighter and less noticeable. I would highly recommend it for anyone with new stretch marks.
I’m going to start reviewing Adonia StemuTone Body Firming Plant StemCell Treatment in July and use it as directed to see if that has any affect on the “sagging skin” that I am now left with in the tummy area.
After my first child, a girl, my stomach went back to looking like normal very quickly. No stretch marks whatsoever. Course I had them elsewhere, but my stomach was spared. With my second child, my son, I carried him MUCH lower and it completely ruined my stomach. It’s saggy, lopsided, wrinkly like a raisin and no amount of situps are doing a damn thing. Can anyone else sympathize with me?
On the Dukan Diet, I’ve lost 5 pounds in 10 days. I’ve lost 2 inches around my waist, 1 inch around my hips and 1/2 inch around each thigh. But my stomach still looks the same! Maybe when I lose the last 9 or so pounds I need to get rid of here, it will look better… Maybe… But I’m doubting it. It definitely looks like a perfect candidate for a tummy tuck and that’s after hitting up all the slimming, tightening, toning and fat burning creams I can get my hands on. *sigh*
Onward and upward…

I still wish I had gotten down to 120 lbs before I hit a plateau. I was losing so much weight the first week, I hoped it wouldn’t end! At least I got back down to the lowest weight I have been on this diet so far and am hoping that tomorrow will be even lower… Cross your fingers for me!
Please leave a comment and let me know if YOU are trying to lose weight, or if you want to, or if you’re thinking about it… I’d love to offer some encouragement! Nothing better in the world than feeling good about yourself!
Even if you are thinking, “Oh it’s just another diet!” I urge you to give this one a shot… I’ve been in the same boat as you! I know where you’re coming from! I’ve tried a hundred different diets including all juice fasts, vegetarian, vegan, raw food diets, no carb diets and more. I used Sensa and lost over 20 pounds (But it was a SLOW process that took 6-8 months!)
