Asian Chicken Salad
I have been very busy and on the go lately with school and work and life in general, and taking time out to cook wholesome and healthy (and quick!) meals has been tricky. I made this Asian Chicken Salad based off a recipe at the bar I work at.
Romaine, Green Leaf Lettuce, or Spinach- Throw in a bit of baby spinach into any green leaf lettuce and it will add a bit of color and flavor to the salad.
Shredded Chicken Breast– You could bake or grill your chicken, but I bought the pre-grilled Foster Farms kind because I don’t have much time to bake!
Chow Mein Noodles
Sliced Almonds
Sliced Green Onions
Asian Sesame Ginger Salad Dressing
I didn’t give specific measurements, because I know some people like to add more or take things away. We bought all the supplies and have them around for a quick meal when we are on the go.
Nice Stuff to cook. I do all the Cooking and have found a spice that is Great on Fish and Chicken.
ZATARAIN’S® Creole Seasoning

It works great on Fresh Fish.
Wash the Fish under Running Water
Coat 1 side of the fish well with Spice
Put Butter or Maragine on top, about 2 oz, don’t rub off spice
Glass Pan for the Fish at 350f for about 20 min
Throw a Salad and some nice Lexia White Win.
I know my Wife says “better than eating out”
Easy Cleanup if you use foil in pan and spray it with oil.
Quick and Easy Dinner. Low Cal and Maby Healthy (Leave out Butter).
I sometimes use Canola Oil.
