1. Make an effort to go outside.

2. Get enough sleep at night.
I cannot stress this enough; get enough sleep every night!!! Ladies, sleep is more important than you even think it is. Our bodies act differently on days and nights. On mornings, our skin exhibits a protective action to protect us from any damage. During evenings, our skin does a restorative action to restore any damage that you may have accumulated throughout the day. So if you want to have better skin and a better mood in the morning, make sure to get enough sleep at night and keep it that way every day.
