We here at The Fashionable Housewife love shoes, and we bet you do too. Pumps, wedges, flats, boots, flip flops, they all hold a special place in our hearts. And like you, we are pretty open to new styles and trends that can add that certain something to an outfit that can make you feel like a million bucks. But every once in awhile a pair of shoes comes along that are so out there, so bizarre and, well, UGLY, that it makes us feel like we are missing something. Is it a fashion trend that is so ahead of it’s time that we just aren’t ready? Is it a style statement to which only the truly au courant can respond? This Shearling Platform Bootie by Viktor + Rolf is just a total miss in my book. Who would wear this and HOW? WHY? And moreover, it costs $995.00 Plus tax. Even in Black it can’t redeem itself…
