If you’re at all like me, you’re probably a bit insecure about your upper arms. I used to be a dancer and a gymnast, and I always loved my arms, but they really don’t look like they used to anymore. That’s what getting married does to you. Lesson learned.
In the summer, when it’s burning hot, you really should be wearing tank tops and camisoles. However, if you are terrified at the thought of wearing such things, I have a few suggestions. Here are a few tops that will cover your upper arms, even when the weather is hot.

A top like this would be perfect for summer. It’s light and airy, yet covers your arms with just enough fabric. It’s also very feminine. The way it nips in high at the waist keeps it from looking too baggy and oversized.

This cute little dress has futter-style sleeves. The way it’s angled and the extra material tend to make your arms look smaller, by drawing the attention away from them. Also shirts or dresses with a draped or “cowl” neckline have the same affect.

This gorgeous silky top is another shirt you could try. It’s just perfect. The way the sleeves roll up and button like that will keep your arms hidden, but the large open neck will keep you cool on hot summer days. The tie front and two front pockets will draw attention to your chest and will make your arms look smaller in comparison.

This top doesn’t cover your arms, but instead draws the eyes away from the arms. It has sequins all over it! It would be great on top of a tank or camisole.

I love this top here. Not only the color, but the shape. It’s just perfect! These sleeves hide everything. And the way the shirt narrows down like that will give you a teeny tiny waist. I highly recommend this top for anyone wishing to hide their arms.
