This is how NOT to wear a sweater dress:
Problem 1: It’s see through. The sweater dress is knit too loosely, thus causing it to be relatively see through. If you are at all concerned about coverage and modesty, steer clear of this dress!
Problem 2: The red bra. If you are going to wear a loose knit dress, for the love of God, please wear something substancial underneath it! A long tunic shirt, a slip, another dress…. something! You don’t just wear a red bra for all the world to see unless you are looking for a job as a “working girl”.
Problem 3: It’s too short. This almost doesn’t qualify as a sweater dress because it’s so dang short! It would be fine with jeans, or a skirt… or even leggings. But tights?! See through tights?! No, no, no… This is fashion roadkill.
Problem 4: The red lipstick. If the only thing your lipstick matches is your bra, then you have a problem. Bras are not accessories!! It’s an undergarment that shouldn’t show. If you want to wear red lipstick, match it with a red belt or red nail polish.
