I’m very undecided about the Gladiator Sandal trend. I see some I love and others I hate. Sometimes they look feminine and other times they look clunky and awful.
They seem to be really popular though. They’ve been a big hit for spring, and I can tell they will last into Summer too. I can’t decide whether to buy a pair though!
The Gladiator sandal can be a flat, wedge or heel, as long as it has lots of straps and a Goddess feel to them.
In looking for a great pair of Gladiator sandals for myself, these are some of the ones I narrowed it down to.
Zappos: Diba “Denise”
The website says “The Diba Denise wedge sandal is a great way to infuse some sophistication to any casual ensemble.” I’m a little skeptical about that one. They have a man-made upper and sole. And they have a marbled finish print covered wedge. I think the 3 1/2″ heel. might be a bit much to walk in carrying a baby.

YOU by Crocs “Mykonos Metallic”
These shoes are fantastic. I absolutely love them. They have that girly Goddess feel to them and lots of straps. Plus they are super lightweight and presumably, very comfy, as they have that Croslite footbed. And they come in silver, bronze and gold. Can I have one of each, please?

Leola by On Your Feet
These are stylish and trendy and have a strappy leather upper, an adjustable ankle strap with enclosure. They look comfy enough. But are they worth the price? I don’t know. I love the classic styling of them. Simple, yet stylish. We love that… They would go with a lot of different things too…

These are slightly cooler and almost half the price. AND… they’re orange. Yes, I know that’s a huge seller point, right? Well, I think they’re neat. Can’t you imagine them with a pair of beige or tan bermuda shorts with a light burnt orange chiffon blouse that’s breezy and light? So pretty…
