The Snuza Trio Plus is a three-in-one baby monitoring system built around the award-winning Snuza Hero baby breathing movement detection monitor. Wildly popular for its accurate breathing and movement-detection capabilities, the Snuza Hero is a small, lightweight, cordless device that clips onto the baby’s diaper for total mobility, requiring no cords, wires or sensor pads (Replaceable Battery Included). It tracks even the slightest breathing motions, and if no breathing movement is detected for 15 seconds, it will vibrate gently in an effort to stimulate the baby to resume moving/breathing. In the event that the baby does not respond to the vibration after 5 seconds, a loud alarm will go off to alert you immediately.

First off, the quality of the video is exceptional and the crystal clear sound can’t be beat. I’ve seen more expensive security cameras that didn’t have night vision as good as this. It’s so clear, it’s amazing! I mean, look, you can even see my little guy smiling…
Sometimes I wake up before all three children (*gasp*) so having this system has allowed me to go downstairs and get coffee without worrying about my sleeping infant. I just aim the camera at the baby and take the little monitor with me wherever I go. I can even take a shower, ya’ll!!! I have a clear shower curtain so I just set the monitor on the counter, hop in the shower and lather up while watching the baby peacefully sleep. No more jumping out of the shower covered with soap to check on the baby. Eureka! I’ve even set the camera up in the bathroom so I could watch my 4 year old take a bath while I folded laundry a room away. The talkback feature was especially helpful in this circumstance… “Stop splashing water all over the bathroom floor, Deven!”
Now that’s how a housewife and mom of 3 multitasks, people!!!
I love how I can control the view on the monitor by zooming in and out and moving back and forth. It makes it so that you don’t have to worry about waking a sleeping baby to adjust the camera. You can do everything from the monitor. I have mine plugged in next to my computer screen most of the time but I unplug it and take it with me when I get up. The internal battery in the monitor lasts around 2 hours with the monitor at full volume.
I haven’t taken advantage of the Snuza Hero mobile baby movement monitor that monitors for 24/7 tummy movement detection. It clips onto babies diaper and is wirefree. It vibrates after 15 seconds of no movement and sounds an alarm after 20 seconds of no movement. I can see how this would come in handy for parents that put their babies to sleep in another room at night while they sleep. I think this is also great for first time parents that tend to be nervous. Thinking “Oh my God, is the baby breathing?!” every 5 seconds… all night long. (Don’t worry that anxiety goes away by the time you have your third kid.)
Really, there are so many benefits to having a system like this that make it worth every penny. I wish I had this system with my other 2 children instead of just a traditional sound monitor. I hope this system lasts until we can have a 4th child! I don’t know how I could live without it.
This is definitely a must-have for every parent and it would make a kick-ass baby shower gift or Christmas present.
