The Korkease Kayla boots are made of supple, genuine leather and have a chic, motorcycle-inspired edge.
COMFORT: They have a comfortable 2″ heel so they are ideal for all day wear. They have a padded insole with a small instep. My feet are on the wider side and these do not squish my toes at all. They are stiff out of the box, but break in easily and the leather molds to your feet quickly. They are surprisingly light weight considering how heavy duty they are.
STYLE: I love the motorcycle-inspired edge these boots have. Zippers on the inside help you put them on, zippers on the back of the calf allow you to unzip them to tuck jeans in and the zippers on the outside ankles just look freaking cool. These have large calves compared to most boots so they are ideal for tucking skinny jeans into. I would recommend wearing them with jeans over tights and dress, because they are so rough looking.
This style runs a half size small. I normally wear a 7 or 7.5 and I got them in a size 8. They fit great! Definitely size up if you want to wear socks! (I don’t recommend wearing them with tights.)
PRICE: Okay, so yeah they are a little expensive… BUT they have a classic look that will never go out of style. Ever. And you’ll definitely have these boots for the rest of your life. They will never wear out or break down, so you’ll never need to replace them. I personally think they would be perfect for horse riding and motorcycle riding because they have a medium/firm outer sole and a firm heel. These are definitely heavy duty boots!!
