It’s no surprise that weight is once again amongst the most popular of New Year’s resolutions, and Arnold is pleased to introduce the
a program designed to help people lower caloric intake without depriving themselves.

Even though I was trying to do a no-carb diet, I decided to try out the Arnold Bakery Light Breads anyway.

I got the Arnold Bakery Light 7 Grain and the Arnold Bakery Light 100% Whole Wheat. I liked the 7 Grain one best.
Last night, I was having a craving for bread and decided one little slice of of that scrumptious bread wouldn’t ruin my diet completely, so I spread a nice little layer of Nutella on a slice, folded it in half and ate it with a nice, cold glass of milk. Yummy! It was a great little late night snack that I didn’t feel notty for indulging in and I didn’t regret when i got on the scale this morning. Woot!
So I definitely recommend their new Light Breads for those watching their waistlines.
As an added bonus, you can go to www.ArnoldiHeartBread.com for the chance to win a year-long gym membership, consultations with an accredited nutritionist, high-end workout gear and a year’s supply of Arnold bread products by entering their favorite bread craving and a description of how they use Arnold Bakery Light and Sandwich Thins to achieve their wellness goals.
A photograph capturing the essence of the essay should also be uploaded. The contest ends February 28, 2009 and geographic eligibility is noted below.
