My family has always been a big fan of the Heluva Good!® dips so when I saw they had a variety of block cheese in the cheese section of my local Walmart, I decided that is what I would be serving for my daughter’s 10th birthday!
Walmart had a big selection of Heluva Good! Block Cheese to choose from including Colby Jack, Pepper Jack, Extra Sharp Cheddar, Sharp Cheddar, White Extra Sharp Cheddar, White Sharp Cheddar, White Mild Cheddar, Muenster, Monterey Jack, and my favorite, Special Reserve Extra Sharp Cheddar.
All of their block cheeses are gluten free, made with real milk, have 0 grams trans fat per serving, and are great sources of protein and calcium!
I purchased 4 blocks of cheese for the party as I already had a few recipe ideas in mind! One of my daughter’s favorite things is a veggie and cheese platter, so I knew I had to make that good ol’ standby for her party. I decided I’d also make a party favorite – beef queso dip!

You need a really good nonstick pan to make this delicious cheese dip.
Wondering how good @tfalusa T-Fal pans are? This is straight up cheese sauce made with milk, butter, a variety of @heluvagooddips cheeses and a small amount of gluten free flour. Could you do this in your pan?! I was so impressed I just had to take a video! #tfal #nonstick #cheesesauce #quesodip #beefquesodip #heluvagood #heluvagoodcheese #heluvagoodsummer #ic #ad
