People who practice yoga will tell you that it’s good for you, both mentally and physically. I practiced yoga last year for several months and it’s true. Unfortunately, due to my schedule, I couldn’t take classes any longer but I’m working on getting it back into my life because when I did it, I felt great the moment I would wake up in the morning. All my aches and pains gradually disappeared. I definitely felt better when I did yoga!
Well, it’s been said that yoga is also good for ladies who are pregnant! (hey Mrs. Housewife!) If you or anyone you know is pregnant, tell them to check out this site. Of course, always consult with your doctor FIRST before performing any exercises or stretches.
