Being a redhead, I have pale skin that burns easily, much like a child. I’m always so anxious to soak up the sun, but if I forget sunscreen, I always end up getting a sunburn really quick.
Rule of Thumb For Sunscreen
Apply a minimum of 1 oz (2 tablespoons) of sunscreen to each individual (you or your children) approximately 30 minutes before going outside. Then, be sure to reapply every two hours or after swimming or excessive sweating.
My sensitive skin doesn’t like just any sunscreen, but thankfully, Banana Boat is one of the few brands my skin tolerates well. I was thrilled when they wanted me to try out three of their products.
