Now that the bulk of the Halloween candy has been polished off (or at least all the good Halloween candy…) it’s time to start thinking about Thanksgiving and, yikes, Christmas and Haunakah, and all the holiday baked goodies that need to be made and consumed.
I saw this picture of reindeer cookies on a random Tumblr page and thought they looked like something that would be fun to make with kids or to serve at a children’s holiday party. ย With very simple ingredients of sugar cookie dough, a bag of pretzles and some brown and red garnishes, like raisins and cinne-hots, this could be a fun filled kitchen in the afternoon. ย If you have a cookie swap on your holiday calendar this stylized cookie will surely be a hit!
