Banana Flaxseed Pancakes
To celebrate National Pancake Day, we teamed up with T-fal and Hungry Jack to whip up a #StackedandSticky pile of delicious Banana Flaxseed Pancakes!
Hungry Jack’s pancake mix is perfect for busy moms because it only requires you to add water, making whipping up a batch of pancakes for the kids easier than ever.
We made banana flaxseed pancakes to ensure a healthy breakfast full of potassium, fiber and omega 3’s. Here is everything you need….
I added 2 tablespoons of Carrington Farms Flax Chia Blend to the mix and then sliced a banana into tiny chunks and placed 3-6 pieces on each pancake after pouring the mix on to the pan. Easy peasy!
Flip pancakes with a plastic or silicone spatula (never use metal utensils on nonstick pans!) and let them finish cooking.
Voila! The results were delicious, nutritious pancakes that easily slipped off the T-Fal pan and onto the plate!
Serve pancakes with butter, syrup or whip cream for a yummy breakfast the kids will love and won’t take too much time! For more yummy pancake recipes, visit www.hungryjack.com
