My husband loves alfredo sauce and after trying several recipes that didn’t turn out quite right, I ended up making my own. This is a no fail, yummy alfredo sauce that anyone can make.
It tastes great over any pasta. We prefer it on linguini and raviolis. If you try this recipe, leave a comment and let me know how it turns out!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups whole milk
2 Tbsp all purpose flour
1 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 stick salted butter
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Mrs. Dash
Mix together in small pot and heat to a boil stirring occasionally.
Reduce to medium-low heat for 10 minutes or until cheese melts and sauce thickens. Stir briskly for last few minutes and then turn off heat.
Let sit for 2 minutes and then serve over pasta.
Serves 2. Enjoy!
