Now, while there were many more fashion events and groundbreaking stories that garnered much attention, these are the events that strike the strongest chord, have created the most buzz, and forced the world to pay attention- fashionably speaking, to the plus size woman.
I always thought the same thing…the plus size models are always on the lower end of plus! It’s really frustrating when you look at catalogs and stuff for plus size clothing and there are regular size women modeling. What is that all about?! How are you supposed to know how it would really look.
It’s about time that plus sized women get recognized in women’s magazines, especially Glamour.I am so tired of seeing bone thin models.
I would definitely not consider these women plus size but more an average body type. The trend I have recently seen in magazines has started to go more towards the everyday women – curves and all – I love it. When I see a more healthy body type wearing clothes in magazines I can better determine what will look good on me.
