Today’s Outfit: Chadwicks Pants & Cabi Jacket
It’s spring, but it’s not warm enough today to dress like it’s spring! Ah, the joys of living in New England…
When I looked outside, I saw that it was sunny, expected it to be warm, but alas it was not! So I threw on my fav blazer, the Cabi Cliffside Jacket from Cabi’s Spring 2016 Collection. I love this jacket because it has several springy colors in the modern, allover print, like pink and citron green.
It is structured, but stretchy, which makes this an ideal choice for busy moms that are on the go all day long. I am wearing a size small, but I wish I had chosen a size XS because it’s not quite as fitted as I would like it. Be sure to consult Cabi’s size chart before making a purchase! I feel like most of their items run true to size, but some items run big.
Today, I’ve paired this jacket with a pair of SUPER comfortable Chadwicks Signature Bi-Stretch Straight Leg Pants in “Spanish Moss Green”. Did I mention that these pants are super comfortable? The revolutionary “Bi-Stretch” two-way stretch fabric is soft, perfectly stretchy and yet the pants retain their shape all day. Thicker than leggings but thinner than jeggings, making these the perfect pants for busy moms that are on the go. They look like classy slacks and feel like yoga pants. What more could you possibly want?! I got these in a misses size 4 and they fit perfectly! I’m in love with these pants.
Thankfully, they come in beige, black, white and spanish moss (pictured), because I definitely need a pair of these in every color. For makeup, I kept things simple today. I used L’ORÉAL True Match Lumi Cushion Foundation in Classic Ivory on top of my new favorite moisturizer,
On my eyes, I’m just wearing Urban Decay All Nighter Eyeliner in Perversion on the bottom lid, Urban Decay 24/7 Eyeliner Pencil in Underground on the top lid. I used a selection of Urban Decay eyeshadows from their Naked 2 Eyeshadow Palette. I’m loving 24 Hour Supercurler Mascara from Rimmel London right now.
Lips have a quick coat of LIPSTICK QUEEN Big Bang Illusion Gloss in Infinite. It’s my go-to gloss right now.
I didn’t bother fixing my hair today because I just didn’t have enough time, so I enhanced the messy look with a few spritzes of Alterna Haircare Caviar Miracle Multiplying Volume Mist at the roots and SUN BUM Beach Formula Sea Spray on the ends for a little texture.
Oh yes, and this gorgeous crystal encrusted statement necklace is from Happiness Boutique. I absolutely LOVE it! It’s modern, classy, sparkly and makes every outfit look fabulous. I’ve been wearing this necklace with everything from t-shirt and jeans, to dresses and heels. It’s the perfect go-to piece to make every outfit more fabulous!
