YMI Extreme Jeans Stretch Denim Leggings
Skinny jeans may not be right for everyone, especially for those of us with pear shaped bodies and thicker thighs. Thank goodness for denim leggings which are gaining popularity quickly and perfect for all body shapes.
You might not want to show off your thighs in all their glory, but you’ll be surprised how great they look with long tops and sweaters as well as tunics, dresses and blouses for you braver folks.
My favorite denim leggings are YMI Extreme Jeans which are more like jeans, then leggings (jeggings).

The Extreme Jeans have an incredible amount of stretch. I received a pair in a size 5 to review and was terrified to try them on. They looked like 00 jeans made for a stick figure model! To my surprise, they slipped on like your favorite comfy leggings and buttoned without effort.

At least they did the first time I tried them on… When I actually went to wear them a few weeks later, it was near impossible to button them over my now 12 week pregnant belly!

I wish I had taken a picture of myself wearing them when I tried them on the first time, because now I just feel like a cow! LOL But please keep in mind that this is my second child, so I think I’m allowed to not look like a super model in my skinny jeans. Right?
While I don’t feel like a princess in these jeans right now, I know I would have LOVED wearing them for a few months before I got pregnant and I know I’ll fit into these after I give birth because they are just so darn stretchy. I have no idea how they packed so much stretchy goodness into these soft and supple jeans, but I guess that’s why they call them EXTREME!
These jeans are especially nice because of the option of light or dark wash and are perfect for wearing with heels and sandals this summer or right now tucked into your favorite pair of tall boots!
I ended up wearing these jeans, unbuttoned and held up by Ingrid & Isabel BellaBand
. They looked great with a long sleeve fitted tee and my Born Peri Leather Boots
. I got lots of compliments! It was a fashionable yet extremely comfortable outfit!
I like these jeans, even though I am not usually fond of wiskering and fading on jeans as I feel that it makes my thighs look even rounder than usual. These jeans have lots of fading on the back and front and they even have a neat crinkled look to them that you can restore via the instructions on the tag. They are very unique and stylish and I highly recommend you grab a pair RIGHT NOW as I have a special coupon code to get you 40% off these jeans for the next 48 hours ONLY!

Can we get your measurements or normal size for reference when trying to pick a size for ourselves?
Hehe I have these exact jeans and I just became pregnant. I’ll definitely try to work them even when I hit that 12 week mark!
For reference, these run a juniors size and true to size. I sometimes wear a 3, but consider my genuine size to be a 5 in juniors. For being low on the waist these jeans are surprisingly comfortable. I have a pooch even non-pregnant and thick thighs. I love the fit of these.

I love it! It fits really well, and would make anyone look flattering.
Hi Jen,
My normal pre-pregnancy size is women’s size 2-4 or designer size 27-28. In juniors, usually 3 or 5.
I asked for these in a 7 because I got them after I was already pregnant and juniors jeans are usually too big in the waist for me anyway, so I sized up and got a great fit for the first trimester.
Love those jeans, I think they look great on you!!

When I was pregnant with my first son, I actually had trouble fitting my usual clothes, so it was difficult for me to wear dresses that I used to wear. But now that designer are looking into this need, I am glad for future moms out there.
Make the most of these preggy designs.
I am thinking of buying a pair but I have two questions for you. How they compare with regular jeans when it comes to washing/drying them? How heavy would you say the material is when compared to denim?
I love this new style of leggings, they are so cute and way more comfortable then jeans.
