  1. Great post on such a tricky trend! Since they’re so hot this season, I really want to try them, but over-the-knee feels scary. I could definitely see experimenting with the Miss Me Rhoda or the Diba Julip, though. And at those prices, if they don’t work for me, I’ll just pass them along to a friend…

  3. I always worry about comfort when shoes and boots are available so cheap. I’m thinking they look great but after about ten minutes of walking or standing, I’ll be ready to take them off and throw them in the trash…

  4. @3 Amy, I’m totally with you there. I personally would rather spend $50 – $150 on a pair of shoes I know will be comfortable, than spend $20 at Payless and know I will only wear them once.

Cost per wear, more expensive shoes are definitely worth it unless your feet are already so beat up they can’t feel pain anymore! lol

  5. I’m so excited! As I mentioned earlier, I’m 6′ tall and very uncoordinated in heels. I have always wanted a pair of over-the-knee boots, but the heels always scared me away. I really like the way they look with long sweater shirts and leggings. I love the look of the Diba Julip, but I wonder if they come in black as well. Definitely worth checking out. Thanks again!
