Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
Spread a thin layer of the mixture on 1 flatbread
Roll up and set aside on a cookie sheet
Repeat until you've used all the mixture on all 6 flatbreads
Chill the 6 rolls on a cookie sheet in the fridge for at least 1 hour or overnight
Using a sharp serrated knife, carefully slice 1/2 inch slices out of each roll (approx 8 slices per flatbread)
Serve and enjoy!
