Jalapeno Pinwheels on Flatout Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 6 Flatout® Flatbread endorsed by Weight Watchers®
  • 8 oz low fat cream cheese
  • 8 oz low fat sour cream
  • 4 oz can of sliced black olives
  • 4 oz can of sliced jalapeno peppers
  • 1 cup low fat shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl

  2. Spread a thin layer of the mixture on 1 flatbread

  3. Roll up and set aside on a cookie sheet

  4. Repeat until you've used all the mixture on all 6 flatbreads

  5. Chill the 6 rolls on a cookie sheet in the fridge for at least 1 hour or overnight

  6. Using a sharp serrated knife, carefully slice 1/2 inch slices out of each roll (approx 8 slices per flatbread)

  7. Serve and enjoy!
