Mom’s work hard. They’re known as the backbone of the family because mom’s put in exhausting work – all year long. Occasionally, they need a vacation away from their lame family and don’t have to worry about what to do when your car gets trapped, so they can do something exciting with the people they really love: their other mom friends!

Spring is here and there’s no better way to kick off the greatest season of the year than a mom’s only vacation in Florida. You’ll surely get the much-needed rest, or some exciting stories, with these spring break ideas. Below is the most extensive mom’s only vacation ideas in Florida.

Siesta Keys

Shops, cafes, and beaches are everywhere on the Siesta Keys island. You won’t have any issue finding a quiet and calm trip if you visit these islands. You could say the crystal-clear waters and relaxing atmosphere are the Keys to your getaway.

The Miami Beach EDITION

This luxury pish-posh resort hotel is located right off the boardwalk in Miami. You can find a chic-restaurant, multilevel bungalows, and a pool to help you unwind and feel like a luxury. You can swim in your pool while the plebeians swim in the ocean.

Alligator Point

Don’t worry, there are no alligators on Alligator Point. In fact, you won’t find a lot on Alligator Point. It’s a rural island community off the coast of Florida. It’s the perfect getaway if you’re locking yourself away from the world.

Gatorland

If you were disappointed there weren’t alligators on Alligator Point, then we got a place for you! Gatorland is an alligator theme park. You can visit the park and watch highly trained professionals wrestle alligators and other “fun” alligator related activities. Developed as a fever dream of a local swamp person, Gatorland is the Disney World equivalent for alligator enthusiast.

Walt Disney World

When you’re on vacation, but you need to get your fix for screaming children and frustrated parents, consider visiting Walt Disney World. The magic theme park brings in millions of families every year. You’ll surely find some screaming children and magic!

Little Palm Island Resort & Spa

This resort is so secluded, you can only access it by boat or plane. To add, you’ll stay in beachside bungalows with a fully furnished deck, whirlpool tubs, and even an elegant library. It’s everything you need to forget how you have a family.

Lakeridge Winery and Vineyards

Another way you can forget about your family is by turning your spring vacation into a glorified booze vacation. Florida is home to several wineries, including the Lakeridge Winery & Vineyards. There are sprawling fields of grapes that you can tour and taste.

Jules’ Undersea Lodge in Key Largo

If you’re in desperate need of an escape, then consider submerging yourself underwater for a few days. Jules’ Undersea Lodge offers rentable living quarters below sea level. They even have Wi-Fi, so you can complete your online traffic school courses while watching crabs outside your window.

Fisher Island

Fisher Island is a small beach island off the coast of Miami. It was developed and named after beach real estate mogul Carl G. Fisher, who designed it purely for island resorting. You’ll find your bliss on Fisher Island, and, if not, you will find their luxury spas.

Acqualina Resort & Spa on the Beach

The Acqualina Resort & Spa was rated the #1 family resort in the world. Just a few of the services and activities consist of spas, deluxe restaurants, yoga studios, pools, and a large beachfront. If you can’t go on vacation without the family, you still have a chance to lose them in this massive resort.
