What So-Called “Out-of-Style” Fashion Item Do You Refuse To Give Up?

Although I like to read and follow fashion, I’m not a slave to it. Neither should you be. It’s one thing to avoid wearing something that is wrong for your body shape and type. But to give up something that is super comfortable but not tacky-looking is just plain wrong to me.

For example, just because Uggs or poncho’s might no longer be the “hot” item in fashion, I refuse to give them up. My Uggs are the only comfortable pair of boots that keep my freezing feet warm in the winter when I’m commuting over an hour to work. I want to be comfortable, warm and able to get in and out of the trains fast. Besides, I wear them under my pants. My other item is my solid black soft cashmere poncho. I got it at a great price at a Banana Republic sale and it’s so cozy and the perfect thing to throw on when it’s not that cold out, but cold enough for a wrap. It’s v-neck so I can just slip it on over anything. It’s plain black so it matches with everything. And I don’t care if it’s in style or not but I refuse to part with my poncho and my Uggs!
