Like most women, I’m tired of shaving and waxing constantly. So I went on a mission to find hair removal products that promised longer lasting results. In my quest, I discovered Tria! (www.triabeauty.com)
They were nice enough to offer me the Tria Hair Removal Laser 4X to review on the blog so I could share my results with you ladies. I was anxious to get started, but my summer was not the fun-filled, activity-packed season I had planned it to be… Several family emergencies left me with little time to keep up with daily tasks, nevermind self maintenance and “grooming”.
I forced myself to make time in my schedule last week so sit down and read the manual for the Tria so I could get started. Thankfully, it wasn’t as complex as I had anticipated and within 5 minutes, I was lasering my hair follicles like a pro! It wasn’t painful (although it was slightly uncomfortable) and very easy to do at home.

I’ve only used it once so far just to try it out but I’m planning on making it a weekly ritual that will fit into my routine. It says in the manual approx how long it will take to treat each area of your body (lower leg, upepr leg, underarm, etc) I only managed to tolerate sitting there doing it for about 35 minutes and I just didn’t want to sit there anymore. Unlike using the epilator, this doesn’t provide visible results, so it’s less “rewarding” to sit there for a long period of time. It says to use it weekly though, so I plan to start doing it every Sunday, just on ONE LEG and then after a couple months, I will write a follow up post to report my results. I feel like doing just one leg will help me easily determine it’s actual effectiveness when used as regularly as possible.
Wish me luck!
