For floral designs, they recommend vibrant, colorful blooms on a sheer background. Tribal styles vary, so stay on the lookout for “bold, busy patterns with both muted and bright colors.”
You can also expect to see an increase in stripes. According to The Fashion Supernova, solid and bold stripes were favorites on recent catwalks for top designers like Christian Dior, Armani, and Prada. Horizontal, angled, or vertical, it doesn’t matter; just choose cleanly defined, rich colors and you’re good to go!
The Fit
This season’s star fit highlights the high-waist. Everything from jeans and skirts, to shorts and lingerie are coming out with looks that hug your ribs and hide your belly button, which makes the style great for anyone looking for some additional support around their mid-section—a notorious problem area for many women.
