Today’s Outfit: Chadwicks Lace Accent Henley
Finally warm enough weather to wear my new Chadwicks Lace Accent Knit Henley in mint green, and with my Lee shorts no less! Not only is this shirt the perfect shade of mint green, but the lace accent on the shoulders is feminine and flirty.
I’m always on the lookout for shirts with 3/4 length sleeves because I’m always cooking, typing or have my hands in water so long sleeve shirts generally aren’t practical for me, even in cold weather. This shirt has the perfect length sleeves so I can get down and dirty, without actually getting dirty.
I got a size small and it fits comfortably, not fitted, so I feel like this shirt fits true to size. If you are looking for a perfect, everyday henley that looks feminine but doesn’t tightly hug your figure, this is it. It’s the perfect weight and thickness to hang nicely on the body. Very casual and comfortable too! It comes in beige and pale pink as well as this gorgeous shade of mint green that is perfect for spring.

I finally found a few minutes to give myself a much-needed, long overdue manicure! I, of course, chose Bio Seaweed Gel All-In-One polish. This springy shade of mint is the perfect shade and tone, so I find myself wearing it over and over again. I never get tired of this color. I did my accent nails with a Bio Seaweed Gel No-Sanding Base Coat, followed by one coat of OPI Take A Right On Bourbon (metallic silver) and a coat of ESSIE Set In Stones (luxeffects glitter), then finished it with a coat of Bio Seaweed Gel No-Wipe Top Coat. Yes, I used a gel base coat, followed by two coats of regular nail polish and then a gel top coat. This is my first time trying this method and I will let you know if it fails miserably so you won’t try it! LOL
Makeup today is simple!
