***CLOSED*** Sears & Kmart Christmas Club Giveaway!

Now that Labor Day has come and gone, it really might be time to start thinking about your holiday budget.  Yikes!  In order to help with that, Sears & Kmart are bringing back an old favorite: The Christmas Club.

Naturally, though, there’s a modern twist.  Here’s how it works:

  • Purchase a Christmas Club gift card (either online or at retail locations).
  • Activate your card by October 31st.
  • Add value (either online or in-store) through November 15th.
  • Get a bonus of 3% (up to $100) by November 24th.

Three percent is pretty good these days!  It’s a great way to make the most of your holiday budget.  For more details on the Christmas Club, visit the following site:

  237. My favorite time of the holidays is on Thanksgiving day, when my family puts up our Christmas tree. My wife and I have been collecting Hallmark Ornaments since the year we were married in 1981. Every year we each buy 1 or 2 new ones that mean something to us. When we put up the tree, each family member gets out “their” ornaments to hang on the tree. Each ornament has a memory attached, its a time of reflection about the years gone by. Starting last year some of the ornaments are missing because our oldest has married and moved to Florida and started his own family tree. Look forward to putting up the tree every year! Great Family time.
