  1. FYI – This info. is VERY important concerning cellulite. I recently listened to 2 different doctors say that “coffee” contributes to cellulite. They both mentioned ONLY coffee as a contributor to cellulite. One tv show was The Doctors. I can’t remember the other one. I sure never thought about cellulite being caused by drinking coffee. They explained it and it did make sense.
Just thought I would share the info. with you all.

  2. Beverly: I have a little cellulite on the backs of my legs and I have never drank coffee in my life so I wouldn’t worry about it being the cause! Cellulite is the cause of many toxins, caffeine will be one, but other things, e.g. alcohol, bad fats, red meat, dairy, etc etc. Processed foods have a huge part to play. I have switched to making EVERYTHING from fresh (e.g. I make my own houmus now instead of buying in the shops), drink at least 3 pints of water per day (this is the most important thing you can do for fighting cellulite), excercise at least 30 mins cardio 5 times per week (2nd most impactive thing you can do) and dry skin brush every day before showering (this gives fantastic and quick results). I have been doing this for 3 weeks and I have noticed dramatic improvements. I am slim anyway (size 8 uk) but have always had a problem with cellulite (probably caused by excessiveness – drinking, smoking, eating naughty things!), but since I have been doing this my partner says it has improved by a third – which I think is not bad for just 3 weeks work (and it’s all free!). I am going on holiday in a few weeks time and so I am considering the comfort zone stuff after I tried a sachet sample given to me by my beauty therapist. You can really feel it working and, don’t know whether it was wishful thinking or not, but I am sure I could see an immediate difference! I am a bit of a sucker for beauty products and sometimes talk myself into buying things so wanted to see if anyone else had reviewed it and found the same. I think I may try it and see! If it works i will post results.
