One More Attempt To Lose Post-Partum Pounds
This will be my last attempt in 2008 to try to lose those post partum baby pounds I keep toting around…

Since starting Sensa on November 1st, I lost the whopping 8 pounds I gained during my 10 day vacation in Naples, FL. (How one gains 8 pounds in 10 days is beyond me… I’m not sure if it was just water weight or whether it was actual poundage from eating 3 meals a day in restaurants…)
I can’t tell if the Sensa helped me lose those 8 pounds or whether they just went away from coming home and starting to eat healthy again. I did notice that I have been eating a lot less since I started using Sensa. I’ve also replaced a couple of my regular meals with salads as well, which I’m sure helped a little bit.
