New OPI Spring 2012 ‘Holland’ Collection Debuts in February
If there weren’t already plenty of reasons to be excited about spring’s return, the new collection from OPI seals the deal! Their Spring 2012 collection draws inspiration from Holland, with vivid colors and their trademark witty polish names.
