Did you know that May is Melanoma Awareness Month? Skin cancer is one of the most common and fastest growing forms of cancer in the USA. In fact, one in every 5 Americans will develop skin cancer in their lifetime. Don’t be one of them!

2. Tank Up On Your Vitamin D!

3. Wear Sunscreen During Prolonged Exposure To The Sun
If you are going to out on a boat all day, on the beach or even out in your yard, make sure you dress appropriately and wear sunscreen.
