There are other was to use cannabis other than smoking, which can still offer the effects you need!

- When You Have A Cold, Use A Vaporizer
While having colds may not be such a huge deal, smoking can actually make your symptoms worse. That’s because mucus and other liquids will get lodged to your respiratory tract, which would infuriate your lungs.
Fortunately, there are ways on how you can still get your share of cannabis without the need to smoke. Instead of smoking it, try using vaporizers. These are great in removing harsh pollutants and carcinogens which would gel up your lungs. That way, it delivers a clean and smoother hit.
If you’re one who needs to use a bong, then I recommend that you use warm water with it. By doing this, you’ll be able to reduce the shock to your lungs with the warm water, which reduces the symptoms and intensity of the hit.
- When you have a sore throat, use tinctures or edibles
Whether your smoke cannabis or tobacco, a sore throat is the absolute worst. That’s because you won’t be able to smoke, and if you tried, it will just end up being painful. After all, ingesting smoke would end up making your lungs feel worse!
While some people can handle the pain others can’t and won’t attempt to. Whatever you feel about it, it’s best to look for other options rather than to smoke your THC.
One great way is by using tinctures, which is liquid concentration you can ingest using dropper or placing a few drops of it in your teas or smoothies. You can feel the effects quickly after.
Or, you can even ingest it by adding a few drops of it while cooking or baking edibles. There are also capsules or pills with CBD which can give you the effects without the smoke.
- Catch up on more sleep
Cannabis is an amazing form of sleep aside which you can use to help you get to rest quicker. One or three dabs or capsules can have you start drifting off to dreamland immediately!
Because of this, it’s best to get enough sleep and rest to ensure that you get better quickly. It helps you keep in good health, giving your body the chance to recharge.

Also, make sure that you also drink any medicine prescribed to help you heal quicker, with a healthy diet to go with it

If you’re not into any of the methods I mentioned above, another thing you can try is to steam your cannabis oil. It may sound odd, but it’s actually worth a try!
Instead of ingesting or using a pipe, place a few drops of cannabis oil in a bowl of hot water or a steamer. Inhale the steam that’s produced by the heat. This may help with your sicknesses, particularly colds and the fly. After all, steaming is a great way to relieve any clogs in your lungs.
