Holiday Product Review & Gift Idea: Soap & Glory You Cube Set

I recently received the Soap & Glory You Cube Set and am excited to share my thoughts with you. Keep reading after the break for the complete review, as well as purchase information.

The Soap & Glory You Cube Set contains four of Soap & Glory’s best-selling products in travel-ready sizes that are perfect for gift giving. The set contains:

• 2.5 oz Clean On Me Shower Gel
• 5 oz The Righteous Body Butter
• 4.2 oz Hand Food Hand Cream
• Super Sudsy Shower Pouf

All products come in a perfectly giftable box, making it the perfect present to tuck under the tree for a lucky lady Christmas morning. Plus, all of these products have their signature Pink fragrance – a blend of bergamot and mandarin, rose, jasmine, peach, strawberry, oakmoss, amber, woody notes and amber and warm vanilla notes. The rose scent seems to be the most prevalent to my nose, and it’s crisp and clean – not at all overpowering.

The staying power of the fragrance also lasts especially well when you layer each product. I used the shower gel to get clean, then slathered on the ultra-creamy body butter and hand cream after showering and the fragrance lasted on my skin all day.

Now, a little bit about the individual products. Clean On Me Shower Gel may be small, but I’ve discovered you only need a little bit because it lathers up very nicely on the shower pouf. The fragrance here isn’t as strong, but it still leaves your shower (and your skin) smelling great. I have sensitive skin, too, and it didn’t irritate me like some shower gels can.

The Righteous Body Butter is a very nice size, and smells fantastic. The cream melts into my skin instantly, and while it’s a thick cream, it doesn’t feel heavy or greasy on my skin. I live in a very dry climate, and the winter winds don’t help my dry skin. This powerful body butter, however, leaves my skin soft and moisturized all day long – literally!

The Hand Food Hand Cream also smells great, and is one of the best hand lotions I’ve ever used. I hate dry, uncomfortable hands, and this lotion makes my hands smooth and touchably soft. Plus, it’s helped improve the condition of my nails and cuticles as well. That’s definitely a good sign to me!

Overall, I’d definitely recommend this set to anyone who would like to try out a few of Soap & Glory’s popular products – it’s a great introductory gift to the brand. It also makes a great gift for a teenage girl, your sister or best friend. It works well as an unexpected hostess gift, too!
