Waking up to a dusting of snow this morning and a thin layer of ice on my windshield, I have come to accept that Winter is here and I better start suiting up properly. After all, Fall layering only takes you so far when the temperature is hovering in the 30s.
My ears are very sensitive to the cold, so a hat that covers more than just the top of my head is a must. Ugg, the go-to boot for toasty feet, has some rockin’ head wear this year. I love the Ultra Headband, and the Trilby Cap looks like you could happily survive an Arctic winter as long as you had this on!

Tomorrow, assuming that Indian Summer hasn’t returned, we’ll explore the other winter necessity…mittens!
