What do ya know, today is National Ravioli Day! My kids love random reasons to celebrate with food, so we get excited about silly things like National Ravioli Day.
Being Italian, I like most pasta related items, but I was still surprised to learn that ravioli might be America’s most-liked food of all time! Did you know that nearly 9 in 10 Americans like ravioli?!
To conduct the National Ravioli Day Survey, researchers at Three Bridges — a chef-crafted pasta that offers original ravioli shapes, like triangle and squares —asked 2,000 Americans about the beloved pasta.
According to their survey, a whopping 87% OF AMERICANS LIKE RAVIOLI! Only 11% of Americans dislike ravioli, while 2% say they hate it. (How can anyone hate ravioli?!) A mere 8% said it’s their favorite food! (My 3 year old must have been one of the people they surveyed. LOL)
New Hampshire ranked #7 on the list of the top ravioli-loving states! One of our favorite brands of ravioli is Three Bridges, with my favorite of their varieties being their Butternut Squash ravioli. Absolutely delicious!
