Today we’re featuring fashionable housewife, Kirsten Borrink who not only has an impeccable sense of style when it comes to comfortable shoes, but she dresses cute too! See below her review of the Born Charisma T-Strap shoes…

When facing a closet full of open-toed sandals this morning, I reached way back and pulled out my Born Charisma T-strap pumps. They’ve got a sandal-ish look to them, but serve the purpose of dressing up my feet for church in spite of my non-pedicured toes. Although the heel is a bit high for all-day wear (I’m speaking for myself, although some of you would manage just fine), I find the Born Charisma to cover all the other comfort bases: roomy toe box (doesn’t cut into bunions), nicely padded footbed, and forefoot platform provides height without the feel of a four inch heel!
Stylistically, I’m quite fond of the hand-sewn stitching, teardrop cut-outs and vintage-look t-strap of the Born Charisma.
Being that my shoe collection overshadows my meager clothing wardrobe currently during these days of financial frugality, I was thrilled to pair two pieces that were never intended to work together; my $8 sundress from ebay and the light green floral cardigan from Gap Outlet (under $15). Although I’m becoming more accustomed to mixing colors, I’m still a bit leary of how to mix patterns and not look garish. I think this works…
