Quick & Easy Recipe for Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal

Serves: 4-6 servings
  1. Bring the water and milk to a slow boil
  2. Add salt and oats to water, reduce heat and cook for 3-5 minutes
  3. Add remaining ingredients, minus whipped cream, and cook for an additional minute or two
  4. Remove from heat and let stand for 1-2 minutes
  5. You can add additional milk if you want a thinner consistency
  6. Portion into bowls and serve with whipped cream on top!
