- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup key lime juice and one grated key lime peel
- 1 can condensed milk
Pre bake a 10 inch regular or 9 inch deep dish pie crust.
Beat egg yolks until smooth and pale yellow.
Stir in condensed milk.
Stir in key lime juice and grated key lime rind.
Bake at 300 degrees 20 minutes, remove pie and air cool for 30 min before chilling in the refrigerator.
Serve with a dollop of whipped cream or if you are lazy, french vanilla cool whip.
